The Smart Card Alliance Latin America membership year begins on the first day of the month that the application is received. The anniversary date of the membership start date becomes the renewal date for continued membership in the Smart Card Alliance. The Smart Card Alliance does not lobby and no allocation of dues is necessary for tax purposes.
