Mission: To provide information to the vertical markets influenced by smart cards through articles and publications.

The Media Outreach Council from the Smart Card Alliance Latin America (SCALA) consist of the mayor industry players working together to offer impartial smart card information to the market on its use and benefits. This allows the industry to provide a single industry voice to all media outlets and extend a united point of view to all vertical markets affected by smart card technology.
