January 8, 2010, Waltham MA, USA–GET Group is pleased to announce that The United States Department of State has extended its contract with GET Groups US partner, Trans Digital Technologies Corporation (TDT), a wholly owned subsidiary of L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc. Cartes & Identification, Villepinte, France, November 17, 2009–A redução de fraudes em pagamentos financeiros é o principal motivo para os emissores e compradores adotarem EMV/chip no Brasil e no México, de acordo com nova pesquisa da Smart Card Alliance Latin America (SCALA), realizada em conjunto com Visa Inc., à venda hoje. Outros resultados importantes: os entrevistados neste estudo também foram motivados a adotar cartões EMV/chip para se posicionarem como inovadores e líderes de tecnologia, e esperam conseguir uma migração para EMV/chip de 100% dos seus portfólios de cartões de crédito e de débito dentro de um a cinco anos.

Cartes & Identification, Villepinte, Francia, November 17, 2009–La reducción de fraude en pagos financieros es el principal impulsor para que los emisores y adquirientes adopten chips EMV en Brasil y México, según un nuevo estudio de Smart Card Alliance Latin America (SCALA), producido en participación con Visa Inc., disponible para la venta hoy. Otros hallazgos importantes: los encuestados también están motivados a adoptar las tarjetas con chip EMV para posicionarse como innovadores y líderes de tecnología, pues todos esperan que el cien por cien de sus portafolios de tarjetas de crédito y débito migren a chip EMV dentro de uno a cinco años.
