Successful Launch of the eP600 Passport Printer at ICAO 2009
October 18, 2009, Waltham MA, USA–GET Group is pleased to announce that it successfully introduced its new eP600 ePassport printer at the recent ICAO Passport Symposium held in Montreal, Canada in September 2009.
The GET Group Toppan eP600 passport printer is the latest addition to the family of cutting edge thermal transfer digital passport printers exclusively available from GET Group, which are currently being used by more than a dozen countries to personalize high security passports, for both large and small volumes.

The new printer features unique full color 600 dpi solid pigment ink printing, automatic book feeding, on-line chip verification and chip encoding, as well as integrated security film lamination, in a one-step process taking less than 40 seconds per passport. The desk-top sized printer is very operator friendly with interactive touch-screen LCD panel, easy-load consumables cartridges, and easy-access service drawers.
